Interview
I had a phone interview, panel interview and an assessment.
The phone interview consisted of pretty basic questions, such as weaknesses, strengths, etc.
The panel interview was much more involved. I had questions that were situational and was also asked about what I knew about the company. The interviewers were all really personable and made me feel very at home.
The assessment was straight forward. (Business writing, word, excel)
An HR rep emailed me throughout the process and was very helpful and guided me step by step through the employment process which j really appreciated.
