The Hiring process is simple but a little tedious. There is an initial phone interview. They will ask you basic questions about how you work, one situational question, and do a quick resume overview. Following that is a in person with hiring manager.

They will ask you. Situational questions in reference to customer service and sales strategies. There is a mathematics, grammar, accuracy skills assessment. Follow up was quick. After the offer is given and accepted they'll do a soft pull, background check, and drug screening.
