IFM is clearly looking for an SEO Manager not an SEO Analyst. However, it seems they don’t want to pay market rate which is why they want an analyst.
Highlights:
They don’t have a digital team in the states so you are pretty much on your own for the campaigns.
They use an antiquated personality test which should tell you immediately what type of company they are, an outdated one. You can just put random answers if you want though. Don’t waste your time spending hours on it.
The HR interviewer was quite unsure what this roll would be doing and didn’t really understand SEO or digital marketing. At certain points he asked for this roll to assist with HR and hiring efforts. Quite odd for a roll marketed as SEO.
IFM seems old school and outdated. Beware if you are trying to advance your digital marketing career. This doesn’t look like the place to do that.
