There are a few logic questions on the online assessment that might trip people up but overall nothing too bad. The on-site interview is very relaxed and I don't think there are any "right" answers to the case study questions, they just want to see how well you can defend your decisions.

I can't remember any out of the line questions - mostly relating to what you would do in certain situations or how you deal with tight deadlines?
None, They don't care to ask the dumb and common questions, 3 strengths, 3 weakness? etc. One question that was unexpected is this: "Name five things you are not" (can't use physical descriptors)
