Why should I hire you
None of the questions were difficult, they did a good job of asking questions that gave me the opportunity to highlight my skills. They did a really good job of making sure I felt comfortable.
How confident I was in using SQL.
No real difficult questions, just have several really good examples of how you have contributed to a process for the better, how you have gone above and beyond for clients, CRM skills, etc.

The questions were around my experienced that I had highlighted in my resume and how they would translate to the current role. I got the feel that team/personality was important for this role.
