They seemed transparently to be fishing for knowledge about what an implementation specialist does and how somebody in this role can contribute. This felt less like an interview and more like an attempt to use my experience as a way to figure out their own business.
The interview questions were mostly around scenarios from past roles and were very relevant to the role in question. Emphasis was on being a cultural fit in the organization as well.
During the interview it was pretty straight forward questions about what i did at my last job. Where did i see my career going. Then they went into detail about the position and ask if I was willing to travel.
