You have been given a task (no specific) get on with it. (. Interestingly despite all the emphasis from the Civil Service i.e. its core values the panel had no understanding of impartiality, integrity or objectivity. My panel were three civil servants who will never see the big picture or improve. Some parts of the Civil service will never embrace change or take the initiative to create opportunities for change).
