First they ask you competency based questions. I was only asked two surprisingly. A time when ive had a problem and had to be innovative and a time when I've had to build team and talents ( all competencies on their website). Then I was asked about my area. Why marketing ? How is Marketing incorporated in the rest of the business, What motivated me to really go for marketing? Then i was asked about Unilever. Why Unilever? Their competitors and what makes them stand apart from their competitors? Try and talk about like their sustainability etc (show you've done your research) Then I was asked about Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry.. What is it that attracts me to them, their characteristics etc. The lady was quite friendly. she kept saying 'yh' to every answer so I'm not sure how it went, but by Gods grace !
