General questions, experience. Interviewers did not have their cameras on, so I became disinterested in this interview/Elevance. Asked to be removed from candidacy.
The most important question in my opinion was to describe one of the most pressure situations you have ever faced in your professional life. I think this is a very important question, because it tells about an individual that how they may perform in certain conditions.
Tell me about a time you came up with a unconventional solution to a problem
Give an example of when you had to work with a difficult person / person you didn't necessarily agree with.
When have you gone above and beyond what was expected of you?
Tell me about a time that you had to give up on something. (The three questions were all somewhat like this one)
