What I liked is they didn't asked the typical interview questions. Every person I met with made me feel comfortable and it was just a simple conversation with back and forth questions. The only group I met with that struggled was the Infrastructure team of employees I would have managed. They were a little lost and clueless on what to ask only half the team asked any questions.
