Taking about services and your experiences what sort of services was your previous company providing? What SLAs and KPIs were you using to measure the services? what challenges were you facing in your previous role as you were depending on other services providers? regarding your previous role Customers portfoilo, give me an example of the scale of customers, what industries were your customers in. How did you manage these infrastructure, as usually you will always receive unpredicted events, how you team is organised, what does your day look like? what was your process for managing major incidents? How would you assess the impact, due to the complexcity of the infrastructure? as its not very easy to understand who is affected, what applications are affected? speaking about the numbers of servers and their independencies? how would you approach, this example just to give you a bit of description of our infrastructure and its design if we talk about the Citi consumer business we have atleast over 300 business applications which are very critical to Citi bank these are GOLD applications. If we think about SILVER or BRONZE application as an example, you recieved a notification that a certain application goes down, and you need to figure out what to do, what will be your approach? it seems your previous experience is kind of similar to what we do we have 3 major customers, and they are internal which are our consumer business, our corporate business and the so called enterprise business so sticking to your current role, what is the biggest challenge at your current role? from a service delivery perspective, what is your biggest challenge? Do you have direct interaction with your external customers? How big is your team now? Are they working 24 by 7, or how is the team distrubuted? how often where you facing major incidents? What initiative did you perform to eliminate root causes, or perform this kind of analytics? give me an example of a re-occuring incident you were facing and how did you solve it? Final question, why are you looking for a change why do you want to leave your current role?
