I am well over 2000 miles away from Washington State. Janicki went all out and in accommodating me. They flew me out to Seattle, provided a rental car and a nice hotel in Burlington, WA. They booked the weekend before my interview, just so I could explore, and attend a church service on Sunday. Since I am not from the area and relocation was in talk, this was very important to me, it was a nice gesture. Reimbursements for gas and food was offered. The Monday interview consisted of 6 hours, 8 interviewers, with lunch in between. I toured 3 different buildings where I would potentially use my skill sets. I was very impressed with the facilities architectural design. People I came across were very professional. Everything was clean and organized. Their FOD controlled environments are top notch. One thing that stood out is the amount space. The layout through the facilities was not congested. That makes all the difference in keeping daily mental stability and safety. The drive in between the buildings is not bad at all, especially if you don’t mind the scenery. That area of Washington is beautiful and clean. Over the weekend, I purposely interacted with many locals besides the church, and everyone was kind. I received a lucrative offer with all the bells and whistles, but unfortunately, I was unable to take the job. I would highly recommend Janicki for any person who is serious about advancing their career. At this moment they are experiencing a new growth spur, adding a new state of the art facility and 100’s of new employees. I’d like to thank Janicki for a smooth, and efficient interview process. Makenna, Kerry (HR), you both are rock stars, on point. Dennis, Kurtis, Tyler, Tim, Jordan, it was a pleasure meeting you. You were so professional, and kind, it’s too bad I wasn’t able to rub off some of that knowledge, maybe next time. Mr. Lou, I never felt so valued from a VP like you made me feel. Thank you for going above and beyond for me, I don’t take it lightly. I will be cheering you all from the sidelines. Thank you Janicki. Alex Govea
