which tools I used as an inspector, how would I handle a disagreement between technician during inspection, how to get another inspector on the team that seemed far behind compared to someone else on the team, and hobbies. There were some other off questions that were asked like if I had kids and their age....that is something that should have probably not been asked since it's not related to the job. Hope that wasn't a disqualifying factor as it would be discriminatory.
