Role play is when they have a lot of papers (memos, calendars, faxes, claims, meetings etc.) with the task to study them and then prioritize and create an actin plan to get the best result and solve the issues. Very limited time to get done. Most difficult part is to jump over the documents online as printing is not allowed. If you have a phenomenal memory - no problem. I had an issue to remember all the dates and figures and had to come back and search for them over and over. Much easier if all the actual papers are in front of you and you can put them in front of you for easy access.
