He asked 5 random questions from a pool of about 20 or so I found here on Glass Door. All are very simple in my opinion, such as "How would you handle an irate customer?" My interviewer never even looked at me. He read the questions from 5 printed off sheets of paper, almost like the managers just pulled them out of a hat. He scribbled some notes on each page as I answered, possibly writing my answer word for word as if someone else was going to read them???

Think fast and make it good! That's what they want.
Can't remember. But I do remember they asked a lot of "Behavioral Interview" style questions, like, "Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and how you corrected it."
