I was asked to design 2 different types of technical training. I was asked a lot about what I would do differently, how would I measure effectiveness, how would I accommodate an aging workforce
Was asked about my credentials and experience. Standard panel of questions.
Q: tell me about your experience creating / building training programs. Q: tell me about how you work with a team. Q: tell me about a project with a deadline. Questions were specific to the role and very easy because I was confident with the role.
A lot of the questions were behavioral based.
1. What projects have you worked on? 2. How did you overcome conflict within the team?
What's one interaction string you've written for an e-learning course.
I didn't go beyond the case studies level.
This was just a screening interview so it was the basic questions: Examples and rationale for application.
