I was asked a lot of scenario-based questions. I don't remember the exact scenarios, but I liked the questions because it gave me an indirect look at some of the situations I'd potentially be in while employed at the company.
How do you navigate challenging staff and student grades?
Because I have a customer-facing roll, they were especially interested in how I handle conflict. They asked numerous questions around this.
The one that I remember clearly because it amused me was "In the ADDIE process, which part is your favorite"
Why Lyft?
One of the questions was around why I wanted to take a step down after having been a manager in my former company. This was a sticky point with other companies I'd spoken with. They don't want to see candidates going "backwards."
