During one of my face-to-face interviews, I was told that I approach design and development like the Company does. I was called by HR about 2 days later and told I was not getting a job offer because I didn't approach design and development in a manner that the Company likes.

I was asked a lot of scenario-based questions. I don't remember the exact scenarios, but I liked the questions because it gave me an indirect look at some of the situations I'd potentially be in while employed at the company.

How well do you handle stress? SRI expected to terminate another resource on site that I would be working with for a week, but would eventually replace that resource. I wasn't to say anything to that person about SRI's expected eventuality.
Because I have a customer-facing roll, they were especially interested in how I handle conflict. They asked numerous questions around this.
