Very structured-
Did you have a break in education? Why did you complete your 10th Standard so late (16 years)? seems like they hire only child prodigies who complete 10th standard at the age of 9/10.
How does your experience place you in a good position for this role?
No question was really difficult or unexpected. They wanted many examples of how you handle different situations and what solutions you were able to come up with as well as the outcomes of the described situations.
What instructional design methodologies have you used? What learning deliverable did they produce?

The phone interview was pretty much just talking about your background and skills. Then, the recruiter sent over a "Screening Assessment" to see if you're "suitable" for the job. The assessment had the interviewer write out some learning objectives based on a paragraph they provide, redesign a poorly laid out web page, write out directions on how to bookmark a favorite page in a browser, and edit some directions on how a customer service rep should close/open their phone duties at their workstation.
