What would you do if you waled into a classroom and the teacher was busy? How would you provide small group instruction?
I cannot remember a specific question, it was more an open dialogue about sharing the experiences, expectations and preferences with regards to working style and teamwork. This was a very rewarding recruitment process, with a fun task and eye-opening conversations. I would have still enjoyed it even if I would have been rejected in the end.
