There were absolutely no "tell me about a time" questions. It was more like conversations. One interviewer asked what my ideal job was--that was the best question. Mostly they all seemed distracted and stressed. Make sure to sell yourself if this happens! Or ask them if they have questions about your resume. I don't think they had time to read mine.
