Some challenging ones, like "what-if" type questions of situations you might encounter in the position. One I found personally odd, something like "if one of the sites failed, would you be honest about why to the customer?". Their preferred response was not what I expected. And some rather trivial ones, like "What's your favorite food? What's your favorite movie?"
