Describe your most recent work? How did you prioritize the workload if multiple projects held the same level of importance? How much experience do you have writing SQL Code and/or using SSRS tools? What is your definition of a project scope? How comfortable are working with all levels of management/front or back end users? --especially when report request are not clearly outlined by the requestor --how would you go about getting these questions clarified Describe a project that you took the lead on or made the initiative to present? --perhaps pick something that made an impact either financially or process improvement related. How well do you understand the healthcare business operations as it relates to Revenue Cycle Management? How comfortable are you with creating process instructions pertaining to your projects? Can you translating complex business need/requests into a user friendly documentation.
