What is your process like before you start a project?
They will ask you plenty about object oriented javascript, javascript language only questions and anything that is around it, be aware of it! Also CSS is important so they will ask you general knowledge of them, including CSS selectors but not as much as javascript. They will most likely ask you about your proudest achievement and your most difficult situation to gauge how you handled yourself there, make sure to keep in mind this.

I don't remember, but I was currently working at another agency in the Philly area and they asked about mutual people we may have had in common.
Why should we hire you? Not unexpected or too too difficult, but in a group interview setting, stakes are raised.
