Questions were very striaght forward. They are looking for someone that meshes well with the firm as a whole and each team.
They asked me my salary expectations.
Owner didn't ask me a thing except if I had any questions for her! Very inexperienced and extremely unprepared. Her team member knows how to handle things much better and should be making decisions and they really need to rethink their internal recruiter's position or at least train him. No follow up whatsoever.
