The owner asked how hard I would be with Intermediate/Junior staff, because he felt the current team at the time was not as rigid.
They asked to know about my specific experience regarding Hospitality Design. They asked if I was NCIDQ, LEED, or WELL AP certified.
I was asked about my CAD skill and Design exposures. I was asked to briefly describe participation in Concept and Schematic Design
Why are you looking to change jobs?
Nothing really out of the ordinary. Although it would have been nice if it had started on time and not exceeded the time they said it would take.
