As I attended an assessment day, there were no set interview questions; however most conversations or questions centered around our skills and experience in compliance, assurance, and finance. We were asked about our understanding of regulations i.e. Consumer Duty, CONC, GDPR, how our previous employer dealt with challenges presented, and what we would do in given scenarios.
