Most of the questions on the tests are specific to the job itself and those rating guidelines are confidential from what I understand. In general the test is a three step process that basically eases you into the process of rating and makes sure you're ready for it.
They should increase the pay to compensate for the waste of time during the whole process

They need to know that you have the correct technical specifications to do the job and your standard of education, although depending on the job you don't always have to have a degree
There were no questions asked at all for the interview. They took my application and had me take the test.

Not any in particular. The problem was that managers and HRs seems not to be on the same page, as the email that I received were totally unconsistent.

all the questions are from the study book which is proprietorial knowledge and can't be shared but the answers have to be perfect there are no partially correct answers
