Expect to be asked interview questions that test your ability to stay calm and handle conflict in tense situations. You may be given case studies of clients with various disabilities and asked what you could do to help their families. Most employers will expect you to have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, and a license is usually required for private practice."
