I expected some typical HR questions but everything they asked were about salary and compensation (with the recruiter) and a lot of technical questions (with the panel).
Transitioning from a different industry it was difficult to answer questions in a way that an Oil and Gas professional would.

Nothing difficult. Just about experience.

The interview was comfortable and asked only 2 or so basic "What is your weakness?" or "Tell me about your biggest project failure?" Overall, nothing tough, just evaluating your experience.

They ask me about my current Job Description and asked to explain how I would act in various scenarios in DWC
