Employers are looking for individuals who are able to systematically solve the tough and unusual problems that arise in the field. Expect to be asked many hypothetical questions that will assess your thought process when dealing with complex problems.
There weren't any real technical questions, mostly pointed toward personality. I was given the impression that my technical knowledge was not as much a worry as my ability to work with. I was asked, "Which position would you prefer to work? Deskside support, or IT Deployment?" Answer below.
