You are at work and you get three calls one from the CEO, one from your friend in another department, and one from an angry employee. The CEO cannot access his email, your friend cannot print, and the angry employee is having a hard time connecting to the internet. You have prior knowledge that Server is down and is likely the cause of these problems. How do you handle each of these clients and how will you decide in which order each person should be helped?

Did not get an interview after I submitted the assessment for IE7 and Outlook 2007. Most techs don't even use IE, much less one that is 9 years old. Outlook has changed a lot in 9 years.

Mostly technical The interview process was very in depth and too long. 3 hrs to be exact and I dont think that it should be that long known the fact the interviews are for over 50 potential candidates.
