What's your approach to a difficult caller? Have you ever worked with servers? What are some qualities to great leadership?
Interview actually went well, spoke with 5 people on the team. It is the HR department (or lack of) that I am complaining about. After the interview I never heard from them. No phone call. No Emails. Nothing. Took the initiative to email the HR recruiter to follow up on the position and no reply. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. An email letting me know they move on with another candidate would suffice, but I guess thats way too much trouble to go through for them; even though I took a day off for the interview process after 2 rounds of phone interviews.

What do you think the hardest challenge to your transition into this position might be?
The questions were a mix of generic and specific project related. I was being interviewed for an Automation role, so was asked about the experience in that space, but other than that it was generic experience related questions.
