The interview was more on work style and environment than the job itself. What size company I would want to work for. Casual or business attire. How far would I be willing to commute. Under what kind of management style. Where I want to go in the position. And of course pay, etc.
The most difficult question involved me going to the white board and describing the current application architecture of my current employer at the time. This was another ignored red flag as they made me feel stupid when I was trying to answer. I was being badgered as I answered. This as I have come to find out is their standard operating method during meetings and discussions.
