What motivates you to recruit?
General behavioral type questions. Then it's a good 10 minutes of your yearly goals and if you accomplished said goals. I mentioned a lot of accomplishments someone my age would be proud to mention aloud. I guess those accomplishments didn't progress me forward.
Why did you apply for a job with us? Walk through your resume and highlight important stages? What did you do in the internship? What were your responsibilities? How good are your English skills? Do you want to study again?
There werent any difficult or unexpected questions asked thus far. It was all questions that, based on my experiences, I was prepared to answer.
