1. Why you want to join ESL department? 2. How do you control the class if they pronounce wrong things: would you correct every simgle mistake or you stick to the important ones that might affect the meaning.

You will have a hard time as a woman in Japan, but you specifically would probably have an even harder time as a black woman. Explain to me how you would deal with this, especially if a student were to ask you, for example, why all black people deal drugs and kill people.
