It was a typical case interview.
Know-hows of certain tasks in my resume. It was not just recent projects they had asked even about my old projects.
The hardest question I received was by the COO of the company at the end of the day. He asked if I understood what the company did, but at the time it was unclear. My answer was okay, but he filled in what I missed.
Asked to described exactly how I would come in and change the communication structure and how I would improve the flow of projects. How I would handle a large volume of projects as well. Because I had worked in the area I had some good examples, but if I hadn't worked in the environment or in similar roles before, I think this could have been hard to describe. I would have had to use outside examples. I thought the interviewers asked a lot of very good questions. It really seemed like they were trying to get information that would help them improve their roles in a way.
How would you manage you team members in the past.
There were a lot of questions about dealing with people, which was interesting because I was primed for technical questions.
