Why do you want to work here and why do you think you can be good at it. Where do you see yourself in ten years. Do you enjoy management? What did you major in, what school? What was my GPA and who did I know from there that wanted flooring.

When I said integrity he looked puzzled and asked why I'd select that description 3.Even after I told him I was not interested, he asked when I could come back for a second interview (again let's follow the script)
