What kind of experience do you have in this field?
I was informed that I shouldn't believe what I hear about a high turnover of employees meaning a bad environment. I wasn't even aware they had such a high turnover rate at the time. And being asked if I could promise that I would stay for at least a year.
How much time do you have available, for this employment?
Lot of situational questions, though 1 guy really got on me because I told him I've never had a project "fail" - and just didn't believe me. I have had quite few project where hindsight is 20/20 and I wish looking back would have done it differently. But that can be said about every project /shrug
