Lead Teacher Interview Questions
"Lead teachers are hired for their outstanding teaching and leadership skills which connect administrators, parents, and other teachers. In an interview context, employers focus on ""what-if"" scenarios that you may encounter on a day-to-day basis. Think about the different ways you address a difficult parent versus a difficult child. To ace your interview, show that you are passionate about childcare by describing how your prior experiences reflect upon why you love working with children."

I honestly don't remember. I just remember the director telling me that I would be a great fit for the position and asking me when I could start after about 10 minutes of small talk. It felt more like between my personality being the opposite of what was there before and the desperate need for a warm body I was essentially handed the keys to the car and told to drive. But I was told to drive with no training. Seriously. My training was watching a bunch of videos on a laptop. And of those videos, I learned more about their self-made cleaning solution and how they wanted you to spray things down than I did about policies and procedures.
