In no particular order because what's the fun in that? I prepared to answering the following. 3-5 things your are good at. 3 - 5 things you are bad at. When did you have a Leadership issue, peer issue, and how did you address it? What could you have done better? Go through each company you’ve had and describe the following; why did you choose that company, what were you hired to do, how did you perform, how would your boss say you performed, what would your boss say you need to improve, what were you most proud of, low points, why did you leave. How do you organize, what is your leadership style, what is your favorite color? jk Then onto your part of technical whatever that may look like.
