Personally, I felt that the program's goal is to get participants to stay at Allstate after the program finishes. I was worried about the question, "Where does this position fit in your 5 year plan" because I honestly don't see myself at Allstate after the program.
What does it mean to you to be "great?"
Assessment topics included: Business, Analytics, Verbal Reasoning, and Design. Analytics is purely math problems so try to recall your high school and/or college math studies.

They would also ask you reflection questions, such as what you think you did well and need to improve on in the previous gourp or scenario sessions. Think about it during the break and get the answer ready ahead of time.
They will also ask through today's session, what have you learned. For example, you can talk about what qualities/skills a police officer needs and what is important when creating a good relationship with the local community.
