No question was unexpectedly difficult, they do expect you to have many questions prepared for them though.
Just remember that anything on your resume is fair game. So try to have a story/experience for everything on there and a lesson you got from it. Do not try to "fluff" or exaggerate on your resume too much because you can potentially get called out for it!
Typical behavior quesitons such as what makes you a good fit? why should be hire you? what will you bring to the company?
What is your career objective?
Why are you interested in sales?
Typical behavioral questions for the first interview. AT&T's campus recruiters are by far the best I have come across so far. The second round is answering some pre-recorded questions on AT&T's financials (what is wrong), how they should introduce a new product, and more behavioral questions. The final presentation round was "How you would position AT&T in the short/long term strategically and financially to win the market" which is a 20 minute presentation with 10 minute Q&A. This presentation is very difficult to work on given your course work and/or current job search, but I learned so much about AT&T doing this that in the end I thought it was a fantastic way to sort out who really wanted to be there.
They asked me my life motto.
