If you could teach us one thing that would completely change our lives, in 30 seconds, what would it be?
There was less structure. They described the position, responsibilities and the environment. They were very open about the pros and cons. Then they asked questions regarding various positions on my resume to determine what I had done. It was an easy match. I had done everything they were looking for and we all had great rapport with each other.
Interview was easy and typical coding question. ML question and Some on probability
Run through experience. Interviewer was inexperienced and clearly following a basic script.

Why are you using an old model? (I am not joking, I was asked this when reviewing interactive LDA output for unsupervised text classification).
