She asked what my 'weakest characteristic' was and how it will affect my job. This was something I really had to think about but she was staring at me and expecting an answer RIGHT THEN. I didn't want to appear 'slow' by taking too much time to respond and, at the same time, I didn't want to rush an answer and it not be a good one. It was just a bit more pressure than I expected.

Didn't have one. A lot of the questions were to determine personality.

I can't honestly remember any that were challenging. It didn't seem like either woman had much interviewing experience. However, they did not have answers to questions I had which was alarming.
