There was five stages to the interview. The first was filling in forms about yourself and experience. Next was the interview stage, I was asked 'tell me about yourself', 'what strategies would you used to ensure you quickly became part of a team', 'what kind of team member are you / what makes someone a successful team member' and 'describe a time you dealt with an upset customer but used your customer service skills to turn the the situation into a positive interaction'. Then I was given 3 tests, these tested my knowledge on the Dewey Decimal Classification System, general IT knowledge and my digital literacy skills.
