General "tell us about yourself" question and another "describe your work experience" question. One question related to diversity was obviously not updated to reflect the current DEI statements by the university and amounted to asking "what is diversity?" This was a library position but none of the questions were library-specific, most were general office culture and customer-service questions.

Experience with teaching and research?
The questions were not so hard but I found it difficult to talk to the panel because I wasn't eye to eye with them. My mistake was focusing on a single panelist as opposed to everyone.
