Describe a time when you were able to successfully help a customer, and alternatively, describe a time when a customer service situation did not go well.
What are your strengths and weaknesses. Where do you see yourself in two years. Talk about the best customer service you have given someone.
There were no unexpected or difficult questions. All were pretty straight forward.
