How would you handle this scenario; A customer comes in for service denying that they have tanned recently but appears tanned & is aware of the policy & demanding service anyway. How would you respond?

I honestly can't remember the exact questions. They all were related to how you would respond to certain incidents. And if so and so happened what would you do. One was, have you in anyway suggested of a way of doing things better, and did my office manager agree. I'm sorry, I couldn't be more specific.
