They didn't ask the boring questions like strengths and weaknesses. Those questions don't allow them to get to really know me. They were open ended about me as a person, my career, my goals, how I handle situations, etc. You could tell based on the questions that they want to REALLY know who they're hiring and not just go w/ the motions.
